Meet Rinncrest, the company behind Rinn
Rinncrest Financial Technologies Private Limited is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) headquartered in Kolkata. We build and run Rinn, the personal loan app, and the technology and operations that help RBI-regulated lenders serve borrowers well — from the first application to the final EMI.
Our ambition is to become India's most trusted credit stack company.

Who we are
India doesn't lack capital, and it doesn't lack people who need credit. What it lacks is the infrastructure that connects the two responsibly, at scale.
-
Rinn
The personal loan app from Rinncrest. Android now, coming soon on iOS.
Where borrowers apply, see their Key Fact Statement, sign, track and repay their loan.
-
Rinncrest
The company: a Lending Service Provider.
Builds and operates Rinn and the infrastructure behind it. Does not lend.
-
Our lending partners
RBI-regulated NBFCs and banks.
Lend the money. They decide approval, amount, interest rate and terms, and receive every repayment.

Three layers, one platform
The Rinncrest model: three connected layers that cover the whole life of a loan.
-
Distribution
Rinn, the app where borrowers apply for credit from a regulated lender.
-
Infrastructure
Technology lenders plug into, from onboarding and KYC to servicing and reporting.
-
Credit lifecycle execution
Our own teams running servicing, collections and recovery across India.
Most lending companies own one or two of these layers. We run all three as one loop.
What makes Rinncrest different
-
The whole lifecycle, not one slice.
Acquisition, onboarding, servicing, portfolio management and collections work as one system, so a lender has one accountable partner instead of a chain of hand-offs.
-
Compliance designed in, not bolted on.
Recorded consent for each purpose, Key Fact Statement delivery logs and audit trails on every state change make a lender's own oversight easier.
-
We know the hardest part of lending.
The team behind Rinncrest comes from what happens after approval: servicing, collections and recovery, where process discipline and borrower dignity are tested hardest.
-
Lenders keep control.
The credit decision, pricing and loan contract always stay with the regulated lender. We support their obligations; we never take them over.
To build the credit infrastructure that makes responsible lending scalable — for every lending partner, and every borrower they serve.
Leadership
A credit business is only as trustworthy as the people answerable for it.
